New patient bookings will then be sent a screening form which can be completed online to ensure suitability for treatment during the Covid Pandemic. All online bookings require pre-payment, if you need to cancel for any reason this will be credited onto a future appointment, or if treatment is not appropriate at this time, you will be refunded.
